Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)
ARMHS is a Medicaid-funded program that supports adults living with serious mental illness. Our goal is to help individuals regain or develop the necessary skills to function independently in the community.

Core Service Areas:
- Independent Living Skills:
Cooking, cleaning, budgeting, shopping, and medication management. - Social & Interpersonal Skills:
Communication, conflict resolution, boundary setting, and relationship building. - Emotional & Behavioral Support:
Coping strategies, goal setting, symptom management, and emotional regulation. - Crisis Intervention & Navigation:
Assistance during times of emotional distress or life disruption.

Who Is Eligible?
- Must be 18 years or older
- Diagnosed with a serious mental illness (SMI)
- Assessed and referred by a licensed mental health professional
- Eligible for Medical Assistance (MA) or Minnesota Health Care Programs

We help individuals and families apply for health insurance coverage through MNsure.
- Medicaid & MinnesotaCare enrollment
- Marketplace plan support
- Bilingual & culturally sensitive assistance

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)
Our NEMT service ensures that individuals who may not have access to personal transportation can still attend:
- Mental health therapy or ARMHS appointments
- Medical and dental check-ups
- Pharmacy visits
- Social service meetings or MNsure enrollment
- Court or benefits-related appointments
