Q2: How do I know if I qualify for services?
You must be 18+ with a mental health diagnosis and receive a referral from a mental health professional.
Q3: Where are services provided?
Services are delivered in-home, in the community, or at a location of your choice—wherever you feel most comfortable.
Q4: Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept Medical Assistance (MA) and other eligible Minnesota Health Care Programs.
